As the energy of Spring begins to surface, we can tap into renewal, growth, and change in more concrete ways. If you are anything like me, you may be wondering

 "What can, and should, I be doing in this very difficult time?"

 

People are frozen with fear, filled with understandable angst and anger, and held within a collective grief.

 

I'm sharing here some resources that I've found the most helpful, along with a short list of the key practices for you to navigate the turbulence right now.

Key Action Steps:

 

  1. Find and feel JOY. You have to be resourced and vibrant if you are going to be a change maker. Seek the people, places, and things that bring you pleasure and joy.

     

  2. Connect and tend to your BODY. It is through your body that change happens. Slow down and listen. Connect to your breath. Move with intention and attention. Walk. Run. Dance. Nurture your body deeply.

     

  3. Be in NATURE. This calms your nervous system and connects you to something greater than yourself.

     

  4. Find what breaks your HEART and follow that thread. Use it as a signpost to stay focused on where to put your attention and energy.
